A Ke$ha se fudeu foi processada pela antiga agência em 14 milhões de dolares (caramba) Segundo o advogado da DAS, ela quebrou um contrato escrito em 2008, quando passou a ser representada por Dr Luke, o produtor do seu álbum de estreia.

"A DAS foi a agência de Ke$ha desde o início de 2006, havia um acordo escrito, e a colaboração estreita manteve-se até Setembro de 2008, quando Dr Luke a convenceu a quebrar esse contrato para seu proveito pessoal", afirmou Ken Freundlich.
